Honesty is like being pregnant. You either are, or you aren’t; there are no half-measures. A while back, someone brought a pizza to the office to share with their team and kept it in the fridge. A few hours later, when they went to get it, someone had eaten two slices. Some might think that over something like that, it isn’t even worth looking for who did it. They’d be wrong. We found the culprits (pizza thieves) and fired them. Others might think it’s an exaggeration for someone to lose their job over two slices of pizza. They’d be wrong, too. Being honest means being honest in everything!
We care deeply that everyone at Bravo knows this (besides exposing the thieves) so there are no doubts: We have ZERO tolerance for dishonesty. We value integrity in all our interactions and actions. We are committed to maintaining the highest ethical standards in everything we do. At Bravo, dishonest people have no place. If you betray our trust, you’re out. There are no second chances.
